WPR facilitates appropriately authorized commercial introductions. A purchase requirement is not an offer, accepted order, inventory allocation, guarantee of pricing, purity, export authorization, delivery or transaction completion. The relevant parties verify authority and agree definitive terms.

Business contact information

W.P.R. LLC uses the business contact details (including your optional phone number) and commercial requirements you submit to review your inquiry and contact your representative. The information is stored in WPR’s dedicated buyer database and made available to authorized WPR reviewers. WPR uses hosting, database and email service providers to operate this process. An internal alert may contain your business contact information and a summary of the requirement.

No identity or financial documents

Do not submit passports, identity images, bank documents, account numbers or other sensitive identity or financial information here. There is no upload or payment feature. Any further verification is arranged separately through an appropriate process.

Records and privacy requests

WPR retains inquiry information while it is needed for review, commercial follow-up and required business records. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact WPR through the contact page. Verification of the requesting representative may be necessary before records are disclosed or changed.

2026 anti-money laundering and sanctions conditions

WPR may decline or discontinue inquiries or introductions where corporate authority, beneficial ownership, source of funds, source of precious metals, sanctions status, or transaction documentation cannot be adequately verified. Risk-based checks may be arranged separately through a secure process. No anonymous transactions, website cash payments, or circumvention of applicable AML, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions, export, customs, or trade rules are permitted. These are commercial engagement conditions, not a claim of regulatory approval or a substitute for any written compliance program required by law.

Verification and responsibilities

Corporate, representative, beneficial-ownership and sanctions checks may be required before an introduction. No website submission constitutes regulatory clearance. Transaction obligations are confirmed by the relevant parties in definitive agreements.
