What we collect
Business contact details, organization and website information, service or relationship intent, opportunity/project references, budget and timing bands, diagnostic answers, public-source research evidence, and site interaction events.
First-party analytics
WPR may assign first-party visitor and session identifiers and record landing pages, referrers, campaign parameters, page views, and interaction events. This allows WPR to understand which outreach, referrals, searches, and site paths create qualified business activity.
Why we use it
To provide requested analysis, evaluate fit, respond to commercial or partnership requests, improve qualification logic, measure funnel economics, attribute acquisition sources, and understand which WPR services create value.
Confidentiality posture
Do not submit classified, export-controlled, health-sensitive, proprietary third-party, or restricted information through public forms. WPR does not need that information to qualify an initial relationship.
Data commercialization
WPR does not intend to sell submitted confidential business information as a data product. Aggregate service-learning metrics can be used internally to improve WPR's commercial and research systems and may be published only in anonymized form.
AI / model use
Confidential client materials should not be treated as permission to train public or third-party models. Any materially different use should require an explicit agreement or consent.
Access and deletion
Organizations may contact WPR to ask about business information they submitted and request correction or deletion where appropriate, subject to legal, contractual, security, and record-retention requirements.
Contact
